Erik Arvstedt f996ef37d9 lnd, clightning-rest: remove lndconnectOnion, add generic option lndconnect 
For both lnd and clightning-rest, `lndconnectOnion` is replaced by
options `lndconnect.enable` and `lndconnect.onion`.

This allows using lndconnect without Tor.
